Chicken Marinade

My husband thinks this is especially good on portobello mushrooms.

soy sauce
hot sauce
olive oil
crushed garlic
splash of lemon juice

Combine in gallon ziploc baggie. Add chicken. Marinate overnight. Cook chicken as desired.
