Texas Caviar

2 tomatoes (diced)
4 green onions (sliced thinly)
1 medium bell pepper (diced fine)
1 jar picante sauce
1 can black eyed peas (drained well)
1 can white hominy (drained well)
1/4 C. chopped fresh parsley

Mix all the ingredients together and serve with “scoops” tortilla chips.
