One Pan Potatoes and Chicken

2 T vegetable oil
4 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 bell pepper, cut into strips

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes, chicken, and bell pepper. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook 15-20 minutes until chicken and potatoes are done.
