2 lb. cooked, cut up chicken (approx. 5 or 6 chicken breasts)
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 ½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. shredded carrots
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 green onions, chopped (optional)
Mix together all ingredients and chill.
