Ranch Chicken Salad

2 lb. cooked, cut up chicken (approx. 5 or 6 chicken breasts)
1 envelope dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 ½ c. mayonnaise
½ c. shredded carrots
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
6 green onions, chopped (optional)

Mix together all ingredients and chill.

This is the only recipe for chicken salad I will eat! I've never liked chicken salad until I had this! It's awesome! Thanks, Angie!
